One account selling to two audiences, dentists buying a course and patients booking consults. I made it report sales, not leads.
Dental education

Objective
Product Sales
A Utah dentist who sells a mentorship course to other dentists and video consultations to patients, all from one ad account.
I kept the doctor and patient campaigns and reporting fully separate, built value-based custom conversions that fire only on real purchases, and pulled sales from both online stores every week. Because the course store has no Conversions API, I report the store figure and Meta’s figure side by side. Along the way I found failed first payments at checkout, including a $3,500 sale that was never retried.

challenge
Lead counts said nothing about money, and most course sales happened where Meta could not see them.
results
Since the September relaunch, 11 course sales worth $39,500 came through the store on $1,649 of course ad spend. Meta credited 4 of them. Earlier, the doctor lead offer ran at $5.21 a lead and was flagged high-performing by Meta.
What moved, in numbers. Figures come from the ad account and the client’s own records.
